The Spire Hartswood hospital was super efficient. From the welcome on arrival and the self check in process through to being treated and moved around different departments for scans, assessments etc. It was clean and welcoming with plenty of seating in the waiting areas and refreshments available if required. Staff were friendly, helpful and also very efficient and available for help if required. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hospital again, should I ever need one.

The care I received was beyond exceptional. At no time did I ever feel because of my deafness, uncomfortable or otherwise. All staff were professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble at any time day or night.m Many calls to check up on me when I was sent home after surgery to ensure everything with my surgery was ok and did I have any questions or needs. 5 Stars all round.

The staff at Spire Hartswood were wonderful. Very professional and the coffee was wonderful. I was happy to wait a little longer for my consultation but I was seen a few minutes before schedule. Very impressed.

What a wonderful place to receive treatment, my knee replacement was carried out by Dr Parker, who was fantastic.
All the staff from reception to surgeon were fantastic, and sure they went beyond what was standard service.
If I may I would like to give a special thank you to an out patient nurse, Sam she really helped me when I returned for aftercare, she is an angel.
Would recommend the Spire Brentwood to everyone, especially if you have a choice of hospitals.
